| #20 | Matew Scholtz I was looking forward to the race in Brno as I really enjoy the circuit.I qualified in 6th which I was happy with, but I still felt that I could have gone quicker. I was quite confident for race 1. I got off to a terrible start, but I was still part of the10 man leading pack. With a few laps left I decided to make my way towards the front of the group, but I made a small mistake and I fell to the back of the group. I ended up only 2 seconds off the winner but it was only good enough for 10th position.
Race 2 was better as I got a better start and I was part of a 5 man break away. I was saving myself for the final lap to make a dash towards the front, but on the second to last lap I went wide and lost the drive up the hill and I was to far behind to try anything. Even though I only ended up in 5th position I was still pleased with this result. |
