Beaches on the isle of Wight are a top attraction

The Isle of Wight is a beautiful place, with many things available to do and see. One of the Island’s best features is the lovely beaches. If beaches are the main attraction, then a visit to Sandown would probably be the best selection.

Sandown has beautiful unspoit beaches, and walking on them can be a lovely experience. Sandown’s main attraction is the white sands and the pier, with its fair ground amusement arcades. Both adults and children can have fun on this promenade and still enjoy the unspoiled areas of beach.

Sandown is home to more than 140,000 people, but a warm welcome is generally extened to all tourists. The Isle of Wight has plenty of unspoilt places to visit, with inland areas also drawing attention to the tourists. The ferry service to the island operates between the mainland and the Isle of Wight as is a simple and quick experience.

All you have to do upon arrival is relax, as the island has some of the best breaks in the UK. The restaurants, the beaches, and the accommodations are excellent and the people are friendly.

It is a great place to bring that special person or go with the kids or family and friends. Some people like to be alone and enjoy peace and relaxation without the hassle of a large group. There are so many miles of coastline and beach that you can get the solitude that you crave or have a great time with friends. The choice is up to you, and the Isle of Wight offers you both options.

The festivals are one of the biggest attractions to the Island during the summer. The two biggest are the Isle of Wight Festival, the celebration of rock music; and Bestival which is slightly more relaxed in its style.
